Artfest is located along the South section of Wilcox Street in Downtown Castle Rock. This event is held on the grounds of the Phillip S. Miller Library and Castle Rock Town Hall. The site is adjacent to Plum Creek Parkway and Wilcox Streets, located in the soutshern section of Castle Rock on Wilcox Street. The festival is accessible off of I-25 exits, # 182 (Wolfensberger/Wilcox) and # 181 (Plum Creek Parkway). Convenient Shuttle service runs from The Douglas County Fairgrounds (Events Center Entrance) - Saturday, September 10th from 9am to 6:30pm and Sunday, September 11th from 9am to 5:30pm.
